Starting off with setting out our intensions which can be kept private or shared with the group, followed by a warm indulgent ceremonial Cacao drink. You will be then taken on a journey through sound and vibration, transporting you to a place of deep relaxation and inner peace using the ancient arts of the Tibetan singing bowls in conjunction with the bowls, I will also be using Diamond Light healing symbols from Ancient Egypt. Each person will receive some hands on healing providing a more powerful and intimate healing experience. participants will then have the option to share their experiences at the end of the ceremony whilst being surrounded in the beautiful energies.
Come join me for a smaller intimate sound healing meditation group, a maximum of 6 people. You will be taken on a journey through sound and vibration transporting you to a place of deep relaxation and inner peace using the ancient arts of the Tibetan singing bowls and the beautiful blue crystal Merkabah (star).
