Come join me in this calm, loving safe space where I will guide you through a beautiful visualisation whilst taking you on a journey through sound and vibration, transporting you a place of deep relaxation and inner peace using the ancient arts of the Tibetan Singing Bowls. In conjunction with the bowls, I will also be using Diamond Light Healing symbols from ancient Egypt.
